Instructions:
With your message from the “How to Volunteer” page safely copied to your clipboard, you should now:-
1. Enter a title in the format “Hash Venue for Sat, 12th Mar, 2011”.
2. Click on the “HTML’ icon - on the right-hand side - in the message area toolbar. (Note: Please read the next step before clicking the icon because a window obscuring it will appear when you do.)
3. In the window that appears, paste your message and click the “Update” button. (Internet Explorer users please note: You may have to click in the text box to make a cursor appear before the Paste action will work. Sigh.) The window will close.
4. Click the “I accept…” checkbox.
5. If asked for, enter your e-mail address and name.
6. Click “Submit” and you are done. Thank you.
